Anuj coleads McKinsey’s Digital IT Services Practice and serves companies around the world in the IT services, business process outsourcing, digital engineering, and engineering and R&D sectors. Before relocating to New Jersey, Anuj was based in India, where he led the Telecom, Media & Tech Practice and was the managing partner for the Gurugram office.
Examples of his recent client work include the following:
- driving a multiyear growth transformation program for a leading IT services company, developing differentiated offerings and accelerating growth
- supporting a leading global hardware OEM player to strategically shift to services-led growth by building and scaling their managed services business
- developing industry-specific offerings and go-to-market capabilities for a leading cloud services provider
- supporting deal strategy, M&A execution, and post-merger integration for two global IT services companies
Anuj also advises leading private equity companies on their technology investment decisions. He supports enterprise clients on their digital and technology transformations. He has actively contributed to McKinsey’s work with NASSCOM, India’s leading not-for-profit association for software and services companies.
Since joining McKinsey in 2009, Anuj has worked in the Atlanta, London, and Delhi offices, serving clients across continents.
