Based in our Frankfurt office, Anna designs and implements performance transformations in global energy and materials as well as in our Pharmaceuticals & Medical Products Practice. With a focus on implementing operations excellence enabled by advanced analytics and lean methods, Anna mainly serves clients in the chemical, agricultural, and healthcare industries.

Examples of Anna’s recent work include the following:

  • running operational lean, digital, and advanced analytics diagnostics for performance improvements at multiple companies in the advanced, basic materials, chemical, and healthcare industries
  • implementing several major operational improvement programs in the United States, Europe, and Middle East based on lean-management principles and advanced analytics with a focus on the chemical and agricultural industry
  • easing bottlenecking issues with manufacturing plants in healthcare and medtech and scaling up production between 30 and 3000 percent within a few months
  • setting up control towers at multiple healthcare and medtech companies to optimize supply-chain processes
  • implementing several holistic transformation programs in both discrete and process industries with a focus on core process improvement, based on traditional lean and advanced analytics
  • setting up and supporting the transformation offices of several chemical companies to oversee transformation efforts and help companies establish their own transformation office teams
  • running operational and commercial diagnostic programs and designing an improvement program at a European building material company
  • supporting the restructuring of several country locations and the introduction of a new organizational and business structure of a chemical distributor, including the development of a 100-day improvement program for the sites
  • developing and implementing a new go-to-market model for chemical companies
  • leading several integrations of mergers that included identifying synergy opportunities and detailed implementation planning in the chemical industry
