Aigool is a partner in the firm’s Singapore office and a member of Recovery and Transformation Services by McKinsey, a special unit within the firm’s Transformation Practice.
Aigool brings extensive experience in running transformations for major companies, and since joining the firm in 2002, she has led the development and deployment of transformation programs and individual program components, including sustainable performance improvement and cultural transformations for banking, transport, and retail companies.
Prior to joining McKinsey, Aigool held several positions within the NYSE.
