Luís is a Senior Partner in the Mexico City office. He joined McKinsey in 1994, was elected Partner in 2002, and Senior Partner in 2008. A former leader in our Banking, Insurance, and Risk & Resilience Practices in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, Luís also served as the Managing Partner of our Africa and Portugal offices.
Passionate about helping institutions accelerate their digital transformations, his previous experience includes leading the European and Latin American regions, where he primarily served financial institutions.
