A magnet for colleagues from all over the world, the San José hub is proud of the diversity of its teams and the energy and collaboration of its team members.

Established in 2010, McKinsey’s Costa Rica Client Capabilities Hub is home to over 300 colleagues. Our teams work across 30 industry and functional practices that include analytics, corporate finance, high tech, media, telecommunications, and travel, transportation, and logistics. In addition, our large geographic team serves consulting teams and clients across the Americas and has become an incubator for new capabilities and innovation.

Guides the Costa Rica Client Capabilities Hub, setting strategy, propelling growth and diversity, fostering a culture of innovation, and linking capabilities and output to client priorities, mainly in the Americas region.


Working in San José

We are a close-knit and vibrant global community where innovation and entrepreneurship thrive. Among the hub’s many learning initiatives are monthly Agora sessions to encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams. Additionally, our social-planning team plays an important role in organizing various activities throughout the year, including family days and movie nights.
