Luis has been with McKinsey since 2017, first building and leading the Marketing & Sales solutions teams in Costa Rica and Mexico. He now leads the Client Capabilities Hub in San José.

With the support and collaboration of his colleagues, Luis enables client service in the Americas and directly supports client development. He also continues to foster a culture of innovation within the hub, scaling up and refining capabilities developed at McKinsey and bringing them into the region. When it comes to our people, Luis enables our talent to thrive and upskill by helping our colleagues identify the right opportunities and programs to develop themselves.

In addition, Luis partners with many locally based multinational companies to share best practices and help McKinsey deliver transformational impact to our clients. Hosting and managing go-and-see events, mainly in global shared services, Luis and team have helped dozens of clients in their journey to set up or transform, by learning from others further ahead in their journey.

Luis, along with the hub leadership team and colleagues, continually strives to build and maintain an exceptional hub environment. Cross-functional events meant for colleagues to learn from each other, forums to discuss ideas and innovate, and social gatherings to get better acquainted are just a few examples of the hub’s investment in deepening and fostering our connection and community.
