The first step toward a career at McKinsey in Kazakhstan is to prepare your application. Simply fill in the online application form on our global careers site and attach your cover letter and CV, as well as copies of your secondary-school and university grades. If you are a student applying through your campus placement program, you must still complete McKinsey’s online application. The recruiting team will reach out to qualified candidates. Before applying, it’s important to familiarize yourself with our values and working principles.

We hold a number of formal and informal meetings at campuses and in the offices from which we recruit. These usually range from interview workshops and coffee chats to formal preplacement presentations. At these events, you will probably meet people with profiles like your own who have been successful at McKinsey.

When to apply

We accept applications year-round. Many people send their applications 6 to 12 months before they plan to start. You can apply for the following positions: business analyst, associate, engagement manager, or associate principal.
