McKinsey’s Private Equity & Principal Investors Practice in Japan serves principal investors, including private equity firms, sovereign wealth funds, trading companies, and diversified conglomerates as they evaluate active ownership options.

We help our clients make sustainable, positive changes in their performance through a broad range of services, including portfolio company support, due diligence and other acquisition support, strategy development, and organization design.
