Pieter leads McKinsey’s Revenue Growth Management practice in the EMEA region. With more than a decade of experience addressing the dynamics and challenges of the consumer industry, he supports consumer companies by helping leaders pursue growth, set new strategies, and execute successful transformations.

Pieter works with companies globally, and he has extensive experience across Europe, North America, and Africa. His areas of expertise include optimizing pricing and promotions, addressing portfolio opportunities, setting channel strategies, building digital and analytics platforms to support growth, and resetting operating models to drive growth. He leads both large, holistic transformations and targeted programs.
