Molly (Lewis) Khedouri is a partner in McKinsey’s Tokyo office and helps lead the firm’s financial services work. She works with insurers, banks, and other financial institutions to drive profitable growth with a focus on salesforce effectiveness, transformation, advanced analytics, and strategy.

Some of her recent client work includes:

  • leading end-to-end sales and pricing transformations at a payments company and a global insurance broker, reorganizing the salesforce, introducing teaming, and deploying new pricing models to significantly improve cross-sell rates and new client introductions
  • developing new underwriting models using advanced analytics that enable better risk selection, faster quoting, and improved loss ratio and deliver top- and bottom-line benefits at multiple insurers
  • resetting the growth strategy at multiple insurers with a focus on optimizing the product roadmap, improving customer experience, optimizing marketing spend, and developing hyperlocal go-to-market plans

Before joining McKinsey, Molly worked in sales and product management in the US and India. Molly worked in McKinsey’s New York office for ten years and now lives with her family in Tokyo.
