Kenji leads our Automotive and Advanced Electronics (including semiconductor and electric components), Telecommunications, Media, and High Tech (including consumer electronics and IT service) Practices in Japan and is a core leader in Asia. He serves Japan-headquartered global companies in the area of corporate transformations, operational transformations, and growth acceleration.
Kenji is passionate about supporting digitization of Japanese society and enterprises, specifically in core-technology transformation and technology-enabled new business building, to increase the competitiveness and productivity at scale. He counsels start-up CEOs and venture capitalists and supports start-up community building.
Kenji is interested in organizational capability building across layers. He leads various management-capability-building programs, such as upgrading board governance, brushing up CEO and CXO capabilities for client leadership, as well as large-scale organizational capability building from pricing and sales to procurement.
