Albert is the leader of McKinsey’s Industrials & Electronics Practice in Asia and a coleader of the Transformation Practice in Greater China. He is also a cofounder of the Asia Industrial Internet of Things (IoT) Hub. He began his career with McKinsey in the Los Angeles office before moving to Taipei, where he is now the managing partner.
In his client work, Albert specializes in helping leading global companies in the high-tech and advanced industries drive step-change performance improvements in top-line and cost operations through digital transformations. He advises senior managers of multinational and domestic companies in these industries on a range of issues pertaining to strategy, operations, and technology.
Outside of McKinsey, Albert is an active member of the local- and international-business communities in Taiwan. He is the former chairman and current governor of AmCham Taipei, which represents more than 500 companies and more than 1,000 executive members.
Albert is fluent in both Chinese and English.
