Our colleagues will virtually welcome you to our Digital Capability Center in Venice where you will experience a simulated risk-free environment, allowing you to use lean principles and the latest digital and analytics solutions. You will learn, experiment, and apply the key levers of a digital manufacturing transformation.

During WomEngineering you will connect with consultants from our Operations Practice and have the opportunity to ask questions about working at McKinsey. Meet our faculty

“I joined McKinsey over four years ago after working in the aerospace sector, with a mission to get to know more industries and help push the next frontier of manufacturing. Today my work spans all levels of the organization: I can go from facilitating a workshop on a shop floor to presenting to the board within a couple hours. I focus the majority of my time on digital manufacturing and I get to work with my inspiring colleagues in our Digital Capability Centers.

I love the variety, exposure, and learning curve at McKinsey, and am constantly amazed by the diverse, inclusive, ambitious, and supportive group of people I work with.”

—Ewelina, engagement manager, London

“I joined McKinsey in the Milan office three years ago, after earning my PhD in Economics. Every day is a totally new adventure with something new to develop and with exceptional people to work with.

I have fallen in love with the capability building piece of my work and I enjoy seeing clients motivated and engaged to learn how to sustain a transformation.”

—Nicole, solution delivery specialist, Milan
