Operations Excellence Program

The Operations Excellence Program (OEP) is our early tenure program for operational transformation expertise

Our Operations Practice identifies and captures opportunities for organizations to grow, whether by reallocating resources to free up capital for investment, finding new sources of competitive advantage, or fully optimizing portfolios of products and services. It is the thoughtful application of new technologies and capabilities that drives productivity throughout the organization and across the entire value chain, from product development and procurement to manufacturing and the supply chain to service operations to capital excellence.

To build the expertise of our own teams and to better support our clients, we established a competence center: the Operations Excellence Program (OEP), designed to build the expertise of those in the early stages of their careers. The program is an alternative way to develop specialized expertise through apprenticeship and training in one of our capabilities: Manufacturing & Supply Chain, Product Development & Procurement, Capital Excellence, or Service Operations.

Throughout the program, consultants work closely with clients across many different industries. More than 600 consultants began their careers at the OEP and went on to help clients around the world tackle their operational challenges.
