• Equal at McKinsey provides peer support to LGBTQ+ firm members and allies and advises McKinsey on LGBTQ+ policies and benefits.

• Equal at McKinsey members are connected to each other across the world through various virtual forums and the Global Equal at McKinsey conference, which takes place roughly every two years. In addition, Equal members are engaged through local events and engagements, including pride and Day of Pink celebrations as well as pro bono projects for local not-for-profit organizations.

• Every April, as a firm, we observe the International Day of Pink to celebrate our inclusive culture and educate against bullying, discrimination, homophobia, transmisogyny, and transphobia.
