Rhodes Scholars – Oxford University

Rhodes Scholars

We encourage you to explore this site for more information about McKinsey and the recruiting process. We hope to meet you on campus to continue the discussion about why we think McKinsey would be the right place for you.

As a junior associate or associate you will make an important contribution to the analysis, design, and implementation of business performance approaches, developing tailor-made solutions and working closely with clients to ensure positive impact and sustainable results.

This includes gathering and analysing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing recommendations for presentation to client management. From there, you will implement those recommendations with client team members.

You’ll also gain new skills and build on the strengths you bring to the firm. Consultants receive exceptional training as well as frequent coaching and mentoring from colleagues on their teams.

Opportunities for Rhodes Scholars Candidates

Rhodes Scholars are considered Advanced Professional Degree holders and join us as an associate or junior associate consultant (positions vary based on office and experience). Rhodes Scholar candidates may also consider applying for an associate or business analyst internship position depending on degree or work experience, usually for the summer prior to their penultimate year of their program. The timing of internships can vary based on your academic schedule. Please note that the London office does not offer internships to junior associate level candidates.
