McKinsey Early Access is inclusive of all backgrounds and helps support you as you start your MBA experience. We are excited to meet problem solvers who are entrepreneurial, creative, and eager to participate in a close-knit, diverse, mentorship-focused community.
McKinsey provides you with opportunities to do your best work, with some of the best teams, helping you continue on the path of self-discovery and continuous learning you’re beginning in your MBA program. We hope you’ll consider McKinsey as the next step in your journey.
