We have a deep and long-standing commitment to advancing diversity and inclusion in business, in society, and within our firm. We believe, and our research suggests, inclusion and diversity make a significant difference to an organization’s performance. Building on decades of experience growing leaders in our firm and our deep expertise in helping clients develop leadership capabilities, we created Connected Leaders Academy.

Connected Leaders Academy is designed to provide leaders a catalyst for growth by equipping future leaders with the peer network and sponsorship that will help them achieve their aspirations as well as new capabilities, mindsets, and behaviors. The program is experienced through identity-based communities. We currently offer cohorts for Black leaders, Hispanic-Latino leaders, and Asian leaders.

Connected Leaders Academy provides organizations the opportunity to improve their talent pipeline and unlock the organization’s full potential while empowering employees to take the next step in their professional journeys.

Our programs

We offer two programs designed for leaders in different stages of their careers:

Executive Leadership Program

Designed for senior executives looking to ascend to C-suite roles, this program focuses on building the executive leadership capabilities needed to drive transformational change within organizations and enhance the network that distinguishes successful executives to help them achieve the next critical step in their careers.

Management Accelerator

Designed for high-performing, early- to mid-career managers who are typically three to five levels below the C-suite and aspire to take the challenging leap into senior leadership. This program focuses on building core management and leadership capabilities as well as the cross-functional knowledge needed to lead successful businesses and teams.
