Frederic is the managing partner of McKinsey’s Belgium and Luxemburg offices and a senior partner of the firm.
With more than 20 years of experience at McKinsey, Frederic is a core leader of the firm’s Financial Services Practice in Europe, but is also active across a number of sectors, including consumer and private equity.
Frederic advises leading companies in the financial, business-services, B2C, and private-equity sectors across Europe on a broad range of issues, including strategy, M&A, digital transformation, capability building, and change management. His recent projects include advising on the changing regulatory landscape, diagnosing and designing several companies’ end-to-end digital delivery chain, supporting 12 merger-management situations, and leading various business strategy- and operation-improvement programs centering around sales-force, pricing, and end-to-end operations optimization.
