Our Third Party Code of Conduct
McKinsey is committed to the highest standards of integrity, responsibility, and compliance, and expects all Third Parties engaged in providing products and services to McKinsey to uphold the same principles. Third Parties must comply with the principles of this Code and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Where Third Parties maintain their own codes of conduct, such standards must be consistent with or equivalent to the principles set out in this Code, and they are expected to apply equivalent standards throughout their own supply chains.
By continuing to do business with McKinsey, Third Parties acknowledge, accept, and attest to their adherence to this Third Party Code of Conduct or to equivalent standards.
