As participants in the United Nations Global Compact, we support The Ten Principles on human rights, labor, environment and anti-corruption.

We also work in collaboration with others to advance the UN Sustainable Development Goals, like Generation, the youth employment nonprofit we founded, which we hope makes a contribution towards Goal 8: Promote inclusive and sustainable economic growth, employment and decent work for all.
As outlined in our Human Rights statement, we support the protection of internationally proclaimed human rights and employees’ rights of freedom of association and to take part in collective-bargaining processes. Beyond our own firm, we take seriously our commitment to assist organizations and grass-roots initiatives that promote human rights and tackle forced-labor and child-labor practices.
Consistent with our commitment to inclusion and diversity, we aspire to maintain a work environment that supports, inspires, and respects all of our colleagues, applicants, and clients. It is our expectation that all firm members are able to work in an environment free from harassment and discrimination.
As a firm, we take seriously our responsibility for the environmental sustainability of our operations and our offices take steps to reduce our environmental footprint. We also serve private, public, and social sector clients across the world on steps they are taking to address climate change.
McKinsey stands firmly against bribery and corruption in all its forms. We expressly prohibit any form of bribe or kickback and we are committed to fully comply with the anti-corruption laws of all the jurisdictions in which we operate.
Our code of professional conduct and policies apply to all of our colleagues and those affiliated with our Firm. Concerns about potential misconduct, violations of laws, policies, values or professional conduct involving our Firm must be reported. You may make a report using Got A Concern?, which is hosted by an external service provider, and allows for confidential and anonymous reports, to the extent permitted by law.
Any potential breach of our code, policies, values or the law is subject to a review, which will result in appropriate actions taken. We prohibit retaliation against anyone who, in good faith, seeks advice, raises a concern, or participates in an investigation.
