Together, we created a joint digital solution that uses proprietary analytics to identify opportunistic line items in the vendor procurement process. By deploying this solution, we helped the client achieve 27 percent additional savings over nondigital requests for quotation benchmarks.
Identifying procurement efficiencies and cost savings for an auto parts manufacturer
We helped a North American auto parts retailer design a consistent, organized, at-scale procurement operation. By focusing on building team member capabilities and teaching them how to use the new system, the client was able to capture $56 million in run-rate savings across 40,000 SKUs and 60 suppliers in under four months.
Assisting a global medical-device company in transforming its procurement function
We worked with a global medical-device company to help upskill its procurement workforce and establish a new request-for-quote process centered around digital tools. As a result, the client was able to process 170 requests for quotes and online auctions over 18 months and deliver over $250 million in annual savings.
