Business analysts play an active role in many aspects of client engagements, including fact gathering, analysis, client communications, making recommendations, and implementation. You will collaborate with senior consultants, client managers, and executives on every part of the consulting process, from brainstorming ideas to working side-by-side with clients to implement team recommendations.

Next Generation Women Leaders

June 15 – June 17

McKinsey invites freshmen, sophomore, and junior women to take the next step of in their leadership journey by applying to join us for our inaugural Next Generation Women Leaders North America event, to be held June 15-17, 2017 outside of Washington, DC.

In this exclusive three-day workshop, McKinsey will offer talented women across North America the opportunity to explore the importance of women in leadership and the impact women leaders are having on the economy, to shape your personal leadership styles by playing to your strengths, and to understand how McKinsey can help you grow your potential. Attendees will also meet our consultants and participate in group sessions, workshops, discussions, and social events.

Application deadline is March 23rd.

Opportunities for Undergraduate Degree Candidates

Undergraduates typically join us as business analysts or fellows as an integral part of our client service teams. Some stay for 2 or 3 years before attending graduate school or gaining further work experience, others stay on and move directly into a post-graduate school role.
