Laura leads McKinsey’s Sustainability Practice for North America and helps leading organizations fast track transformations on sustainability, climate, and broader environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors. Laura serves on McKinsey’s Shareholders Council, our global governance board, and chairs the finance & infrastructure committee, including overseeing the firm’s acquisitions & alliances. Laura previously led McKinsey’s Strategy & Corporate Finance Practice in the Americas and co-led the firm’s global innovation service line.

Laura primarily serves clients in the technology, media, and telecommunications sectors, and also has considerable experience in wealth management and consumer-facing industries. She has extensive experience in strategy and portfolio transformations, new business building, growth, and digital and analytic transformations. Laura serves clients on a wide range of ESG topics including diversity, equity, and inclusion. She has also led numerous private equity due diligence efforts.

Laura serves on the board of trustees for the Alvin Ailey Dance Theater, the board of directors for TechnoServe, and the board of directors of Generation. She was formerly on the board of directors and executive committee of the Ad Council and a board member of A Better Chance.
