Emily is a leader in McKinsey’s Healthcare Systems & Services Practice. She works with public and private healthcare payers across a range of topics including corporate strategy, next-generation care management, and partnership and acquisition strategies.

Examples of Emily’s recent client work include the following:

  • supporting a healthcare payer to define its enterprise strategy, with a focus on new models for integrated care delivery and innovative new offerings
  • leading an effort to define the strategy for a multi-payer partnership focused on transforming the way members receive and experience healthcare
  • helping a regional payor define its corporate strategy, including optimizing the core business and approach to expand into new profit pools

Emily is also passionate about supporting, advancing, and sponsoring women. She is a leader of All In—McKinsey’s Diversity & Inclusion effort—in the Stamford office. She also co-sponsors the firm’s Cornell recruiting. Emily graduated from Cornell University in 2015 with a BS in policy analysis and management.
