Denis has worked for McKinsey since 2016 and leads large-scale transformations in retail, both online and offline, and the consumer-goods sector across a wide functional spectrum with a focus on AI-powered and analytical levers in commerce, operations, and marketing. His key fields of expertise are advanced analytics and digital solutions that make business-critical decision making—such as pricing, assortment, and others—much more efficient. Over the past years, Denis has helped transform a series of the world’s leading retail and consumer-goods organizations toward analytically enabled business with next levels of customer experience, commercial, and operational excellence.

Denis has in-depth and practical experience in designing, developing, and launching complex AI and digital use cases and businesses, as well as building internal client capabilities to sustain and scale digital transformation results. He is a member of the McKinsey Digital, Retail, and Growth, Marketing & Sales Practices, among others.

Prior to joining McKinsey, Denis worked for another management consultancy, a consumer goods company, and several other employers across various sectors.
