Stephanie co-leads McKinsey’s Banking & Securities Practice globally.
Stephanie helps clients make distinctive, lasting, and substantial improvements to their performance. She serves clients on a wide range of topics, including corporate strategy, digital transformation, business building, productivity, cost reduction and operational efficiency, customer experience, sales, distribution, product portfolio renewal, international expansion, and M&A.
Previously, she led McKinsey’s UK Financial Services Practice as well as the Global Retail Banking Practice, and more recently served as the CFO for McKinsey’s European Region.
Stephanie is the chair of the board of Vivid Economics and Planetrics, McKinsey’s recent acquisitions in the sustainability space, and chaired the board of McKinsey Finalta for over five years.
Stephanie started her career with McKinsey in Munich, spent several years in the Dubai office, and now lives in London with her husband and five children.
