Carly is an associate partner within McKinsey’s Consumer Packaged Goods and Technology, Media & Telecommunications Practices, focusing on growth strategies enabled by data and analytics.

She has deep experience in driving growth for clients through owned and marketplace e-commerce, digital marketing and personalization, and data-driven innovation. Her work is primarily with consumer goods, retail, technology, and media organizations as they navigate the opportunities presented by the proliferation of customer and market data.

She also advises clients on the design and delivery of agile operating models and capabilities that will enable commercial, marketing, supply chain, and strategy functions to work together to drive growth.

In the e-commerce space, her experience spans transactional e-commerce to retail media, serving global retail and technology companies on strategy, technical platforms, pricing, and go-to-market execution.
