Vivek leads our work in building new businesses in Southeast Asia. He is passionate about bringing companies to the forefront of digital to improve performance and encourage innovation.

Drawing on his extensive experience as a consultant and engineer, Vivek has led several large-scale transformations and business builds across the region. His expertise includes digital strategy, change management, capability-building, and productivity optimization.

Examples of Vivek’s client work include the following:

  • building new businesses for an energy conglomerate in Indonesia
  • leading multiple end-to-end digital transformations for mining companies through the application of digital, advanced analytics, and IoT technologies
  • developing a strategy to accelerate growth and performance at an energy company

Outside of work, Vivek loves traveling, running, reading, and spending time with his wife and two children.
