Stuart is a partner in our Singapore office, and the leader of Finalta by McKinsey in Asia–Pacific and the Middle East.

Finalta is the market leader for financial services benchmarking, combining performance benchmarking data and best practice insights from 250 financial institutions in over 50 countries to generate insights on how to achieve superior performance.

Stuart serves more than 60 banks and insurers in the region annually, helping clients to diagnose, quantify, and act on opportunities, and track progress on a range of topics including personal digital, business digital, sales effectiveness, customer growth and value, frontline time-spend, and cost productivity.

Prior to joining McKinsey, Stuart worked in banking, where he held regional and global leadership roles in strategy, product management, marketing, analytics, and segment management.

Stuart is fluent in English and Dutch. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and their two boys, especially sailing around Singapore’s sunny coast.
