Robert is a partner in McKinsey’s Stockholm office and a leader in the firm’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications and Private Capital Practices in Europe. He advises leading organizations on growth strategy, complex transformations, and mergers and acquisitions, with a focus on technology-enabled business models and value creation.

He has led multiple enterprise-wide transformation programs, including major operating-model redesigns, large-scale cost optimization, and organizational agility initiatives that have delivered significant financial and operational impact. His work includes helping global technology firms redefine their structures for growth and advising investment organizations on scaling platforms and new funds across Europe.

Robert also brings deep expertise in supporting investors throughout the investment cycle—from due diligence to portfolio acceleration and exits. As a European leader in McKinsey’s M&A work, he has helped shape the firm’s perspective on competitiveness and innovation, including publishing thought leadership featured by global forums. In addition to client work, he enjoys building communities around technology investing and professional growth.
