Sunil serves as the B2B Growth, Marketing & Sales Practice leader for McKinsey in the United Kingdom and Ireland. He also serves clients as part of his work with the Technology, Media & Telecommunications and Private Capital Practices. He is especially focused on helping companies with growth-led transformations.

Sunil has supported a range of global tech companies, principal investors, and private equity clients on topics related to strategy development, corporate finance, and large-scale growth as well as operational and digital transformations.

Examples of his recent client work include:

  • helping a tech infrastructure player accelerate its growth trajectory from market underperformance to strong growth and market overperformance
  • architecting an organizational transformation
  • achieving improvement across product, operations, and sales activities
  • working closely with a software company on an ambitious multiyear growth agenda
  • collaborating with a high tech company on a series of major acquisitions and alliances and post-merger value capture

Based in London, Sunil previously spent two years as senior executive vice president at NTT, where he ran the global P&L for the Networks, IP Transit, and Cloud Communications/Collaboration units. Prior to that, he was a partner in McKinsey’s Atlanta office, helping technology companies accelerate growth and improve profitability.
