Finalta is the market leader for financial-services benchmarking, combining performance benchmark data and best-practice knowledge from 250 financial institutions in over 50 countries to generate insights on how to achieve superior performance.
Stuart serves more than 50 banks and insurers in the region annually, helping these agencies diagnose, quantify, act on, and track progress on a range of topics including personal digital, business digital, sales effectiveness, growth and value, frontline time spending, digital journeys, and cost and productivity.
Prior to joining McKinsey, Stuart worked in banking, where he held regional and global leadership roles in strategy, product management, marketing, analytics, and affluent segment management.
Stuart is fluent in English and Dutch. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and their two boys, especially sailing around Singapore’s sunny coast.
