Recent examples of client work include the following:
- designed a new approach to driving breakthrough innovation for a consumer company
- guided a consumer-packaged-goods company through a global product-offering redesign while also building the internal design-to-value (an integrated approach to designing products that deliver the greatest value) capabilities
- developed, in collaboration with a client and McKinsey Design, a new product, from the process of defining the “white space” to the development of the consumer-tested working prototype
Stacey is also a leader in All-In, McKinsey’s diversity and inclusion initiative.
