Slava is an associate partner based in Kyiv and leads McKinsey’s banking work in Ukraine, where he focuses on supporting the development and recovery of the country’s financial sector. He works closely with leading Ukrainian banks on large-scale programs across retail and SME banking, digital and AI, and performance improvement.
In addition to his work in Ukraine, Slava has extensive international experience across Europe and the Middle East, focusing on digitalization, operating model redesign, and customer-centric growth. He has driven major programs for leading financial institutions, including end-to-end change initiatives and advanced customer value management.
