About Slava

Slava is an associate partner in McKinsey’s Kyiv office, where he also serves as the interim location manager. He leads the firm’s client work in Ukraine,  focusing on the recovery and development of the country’s financial sector and beyond. He works closely with leading Ukrainian banks, telecommunications companies, and consumer clients on large-scale programs that strengthen performance, resilience, and growth.

His work with Ukrainian companies is informed by his extensive international experience advising top financial institutions in Europe and the Middle East. He has led major programs for these clients on topics including digitalization, operating-model redesign, and customer-centric growth, as well as end-to-end banking transformation initiatives and advanced customer value management.

Before joining McKinsey, Slava worked in corporate strategy and consulting.
