Through Sarun’s leadership of the firm’s value networks and contracting work, he helps clients create networks to connect patients with the highest-value providers, improve payer–provider relationships on a value-driven basis, and build capabilities to enable lasting improvements in network and provider performance.
Sarun helps clients and society combat the opioids crisis by providing insights, expertise, analytics, and technology. He has counseled clients on broad opioid-response strategies and programs; developed clinically driven, advanced analytics to enable providers to improve the prevention and treatment of opioid-use disorder; and advised on technology and product innovation in the pain-management space.
Sarun has supported private and public payers, states, providers, and foundations in these efforts.
