Sarah is a partner in McKinsey’s Raleigh office and a leader within the firm’s Global Energy and Materials Practice. Sarah leads McKinsey’s water work in North America, where she advises utilities, technology companies, and investors on growth, operational performance, resilience, and capital deployment in the water sector. Sarah also advises clients in the regulated power and gas utility space on operational performance and strategy.
In addition to her client work, Sarah helps advance cross-sector collaboration on infrastructure resilience and sustainability. She has led partnerships with organizations including the World Economic Forum and the CEO Water Mandate, supporting initiatives focused on public-private collaboration in water. She also serves on the selection committee for ImagineH2O and on the Industry Advisory Board for Duke University’s Master of Climate and Sustainability Engineering program.
