Rui advises long-standing, iconic insurance companies and banks. He leads McKinsey’s digital and analytics work in the European insurance sector, with a focus on bancassurance and direct insurance. He also leads all insurance work in Iberia.
In client work, Rui helps leading financial-services firms address a broad range of issues, from growth to business-performance improvement to digital transformations. He also serves insurance clients more broadly on issues ranging from strategy and optimization to automation and pricing.
