Rohit is a thought leader in consumer and digital topics in healthcare. He has worked on a variety of strategic and transformation topics with payers, providers, integrated delivery networks, and health-service institutions.
Examples of his recent client work include the following:
- designing a patient-engagement transformation to improve the quality of care, reduce costs, and enhance the patient experience
- driving consumer-driven-growth initiatives in Medicare Advantage and ACA segments
- diagnosing the most critical social determinants that have an impact on consumers’ health, and launching at-scale efforts to address them
- leading end-to-end transformations at multiple payers
Rohit has also a published author on the topic of consumer engagement in healthcare and coleads McKinsey’s extensive primary research on the topic.
Prior to McKinsey, Rohit led a business incubator and was a product manager at Trilogy.
