  • designing a patient-engagement transformation to improve the quality of care, reduce costs, and enhance the patient experience
  • driving consumer-driven-growth initiatives in Medicare Advantage and ACA segments
  • diagnosing the most critical social determinants that have an impact on consumers’ health, and launching at-scale efforts to address them

Rohit has also a published author on the topic of consumer engagement in healthcare and coleads McKinsey’s extensive primary research on the topic.
