Raman is an associate partner in McKinsey’s Toronto office and serves clients on capital excellence and digital infrastructure topics. He co-leads our project development service line within the Capital Excellence Practice and our data center service line for North America.
Raman serves large capital project owners, contractors, private equity investors, and data center operators and providers. He also leads the development of our proprietary solutions and assets on project value improvement and data center market outlook.
Examples of Raman’s recent work include:
- delivering improved capital outcomes on cost and schedule for capital owners, such as life sciences megaprojects, large retailers, and digital infrastructure projects
- conducting due diligences on multi-billion-dollar transactions for PE/PI investors across the data center value chain, including data center assets in tier-one markets across the United States and Europe, power equipment, cooling systems, and third-party maintenance services
- driving performance transformations for engineering and construction companies across Asia and North America
- supporting business building for an AI- and blockchain-focused start-up
