Pierre leads our Consumer Practice in France, covering the Consumer Packaged Goods, Retail, Fashion & Luxury, and Food Services industries. Serving global companies in this industry, his expertise covers a large span of product categories ranging from food and beverage to beauty.

Aside from corporate strategy, he focuses on conducting large-scale transformations and helps his clients achieve sustainable, profitable growth. Pierre has longstanding experience in digitizing core processes and designing and implementing agile operating models.

Pierre is also very active in helping consumer goods companies capture significant value from transforming operations across the entire value chain, from procurement to manufacturing. This includes footprint redesign, design to value, digital procurement, innovation, and supplier collaboration.

Pierre has also spent six years in our Sydney office, where he has advised executives based in Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia.

Before joining McKinsey in 2006, Pierre worked as a financial analyst in the corporate finance division of BNP Paribas in France and Hong Kong.
