Pablo is a leader in McKinsey Technology and focuses on helping companies embark on and sustain enduring impact through technology transformations. He works with organizations to improve the use of analytics, digital, and foundational technology to improve productivity and deliver value.
He leads teams to create new strategies, design organizations, deliver innovative operating models, improve talent, and leverage new technologies like gen AI and cloud. Pablo spearheaded the introduction of the tech economics practice to modernize how technology costs are managed and how they are attributed to value, with the goal of addressing the pervasive divide between tech spend and bankable value.
Pablo serves on the board of directors of the CBIA (Connecticut Business and Industry Association) and is active in his local community.
Prior to joining McKinsey, Pablo received his PhD in civil engineering and consulted on civil engineering topics in the public sector.
