Mehdi is a partner in McKinsey’s Casablanca office and is pioneer within our McKinsey Transformation Practice. He has international expertise in building transformation infrastructures—particularly in designing strategic programs, deploying governance and performance management tools—and leading change management and large-scale capability building.
He has successfully led end-to-end support for more than fifteen large-scale transformation programs across over ten countries in Africa, the Middle East, and North America and has extensive experience with integrations (M&A), productivity programs, growth acceleration, and organizational redesign.
Mehdi advises institutions across a wide range of sectors, including services, fast-moving consumer goods, technology and telecommunications, and manufacturing. He joined McKinsey in 2009 and has worked in our Casablanca and Montreal offices.
