Marc is a coleader of McKinsey Academy, the firm’s center for helping organizations build capabilities and drive behavioral change at scale. In this leadership role, he directs teams that operate, develop, and enhance a suite of capability-building programs and platforms for use by McKinsey’s clients.

Drawing on expertise in blended and technology-enabled learning, Marc works directly with clients to design and deliver leadership journeys and culture-change programs that instill the mindsets, behaviors, and skills needed to develop the next generation of leaders. With this support, organizations benefit from more cohesive teams and the ability to fast track enterprise-wide performance improvements.

Marc works with a range of clients, from global banks to not-for-profit organizations within the education sector. Through workshops, digital courses, simulations, coaching, and field work, he helps build talent-first organizations where employees develop leadership skills, functional expertise, and continuous growth mindsets.

Examples of his client work include the following:

  • designing a six-month leadership program for 400 mid-level managers at a financial-services firm to promote a culture of impact through bold action, trust, and collaboration
  • unlocking leadership potential at a bank through a program of workshops, digital courses, and field work designed to develop strategic thinking and problem-solving skills for 200 participants
  • building a learning journey for a public-sector defense organization to hone skills in critical areas such as contracting, negotiations, communications, and problem solving
  • developing digital content on business strategy, problem solving, and interpersonal skills for the McKinsey Management Program, delivered to more than 600 clients and 200,000 participants with industry-leading feedback and completion rates
  • supporting a financial-services group by building strategic marketing skills for the top 200 leaders in its marketing function.

Before joining McKinsey, Marc worked as an analyst in the financial-services sector.
