Magdalena has more than ten years of industry experience in leading large-scale business-improvement projects and transformation programs across multiple business functions and all levels of organizations. She is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and has extensive hands-on experience in helping companies incorporate lean techniques to achieve operational excellence.

As a certified leadership trainer, she specializes in coaching and developing leaders to champion changes and identify, mobilize, and shape winning teams quickly. She works closely with teams to help develop capabilities, reset mind-sets and behaviors, and build a culture of continuous improvement to create lasting impact.

- codeveloping and implementing a multiyear logistics road map for a global manufacturer to meet the critical business needs of all divisions and to ensure effective use of joint transportation assets
