- developing a growth strategy for a technology company in the United States, focusing on new market entry
- transforming the customer service domain at a European telecommunications operator by building out agentic voice capabilities
- supporting a financial services client in boosting their growth in SME banking, leveraging AI-powered lead generation
- modernizing and simplifying technology for a European telecommunications provider, creating a future-proof modular foundation while reducing total cost of ownership by 25 percent
