Kushagra is a partner at McKinsey’s Mumbai office and a member of the Technology, Media & Telecommunications Practice in Asia. He has served multiple global IT service providers, digital specialists, offshore product development (OPD), and software R&D companies across strategy, at-scale delivery modernization and optimization, organization design, and business building.
Kushagra leads the B2B SaaS practice in India and also advises private equity companies and strategic investors on due-diligence projects and has supported some of the largest deals in this space.
