Kathryn is a core leader in our growth, marketing, and sales work. She advises clients across consumer-facing industries, including retail, consumer packaged goods, travel, media, and consumer tech, on topics related to growth. She has deep expertise in consumer insights, brand strategy, data-driven marketing, personalization, e-commerce and agentic commerce, loyalty, and agile operating model.

Some of her recent client work includes the following:

  • leading an over two-year consumer-first, direct-to-consumer transformation for a leading global footwear and apparel company, including new marketing technology delivery, a redesigned organizational operating model, and a capability-building program deployed to 1,000+ full-time employees, resulting in over $700 million in incremental sales
  • transforming the e-commerce and performance marketing functions for an international luxury jewelry company, resulting in 15 percent return on ad spend improvement in paid media and 10 percent digital revenue growth in-year
  • building and launching a new invite-only luxury microsite commerce experience for a leading global marketplace, from initial design through minimal viable product release
  • developing new end-to-end brand positionings for newly merged retailers, building from deep consumer research and translating target personas to merch, store, digital, and marketing implications
  • architecting the loyalty ecosystem for a best-in-class specialty retailer, including defining the role and benefits of free, paid, credit card, and customer relationship management programs.
