Julio is a leader in McKinsey’s Latin American Consumer Practice, serving some of the largest consumer product companies and retailers in the region. He has deep knowledge and expertise in corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, commercial effectiveness, and performance improvement.
Julio spearheads digital and analytics transformations for large enterprises, implementing zero-based budgeting programs and capabilities for multinational corporations and transforming operating models for major Latin American beverage players. He has launched agile organizations in several consumer packaged goods organizations, structured the commercial organization for a major retailer, and orchestrated culture transformations for large Latin American multinationals. Additionally, Julio develops long-term strategies for global packaged foods producers.
