Jeris is an expert associate partner in the firm’s Minneapolis office and Healthcare Systems & Services Practice and is the leader of its employer healthcare work. She serves clients on topics related to employer-sponsored healthcare, which includes helping large employers transform their approaches to employee benefits, payers develop product strategies for the employer market, and providers, pharmacies, and other vendors develop new offerings for employers and employees. She has also led McKinsey’s recent research on mental health and health equity for employees and their families.

Jeris has published in the firm’s publications and the Health Affairs blog on topics related to employer-sponsored healthcare and payer corporate strategy. She has spoken on national media and at a variety of conferences regarding employee mental health, health equity, and other employer-healthcare market trends.

In addition to her experience at McKinsey, Jeris worked in the healthcare industry for over four years. She led retail strategy at CVS, and led employer and individual business-unit strategy and special products at UnitedHealthcare Services. Prior to McKinsey, Jeris received her PhD in history from Princeton University.
